We know pets are family, and we're happy to welcome them to Flats at Walden Grove!
A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted per apartment home.
There is no weight limit for approved dogs.
A $350 refundable pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent will apply per pet.
All pets must receive prior written approval from management before being brought onto the property.
Before approval, residents must provide:
A completed Pet Agreement.
A veterinarian health statement dated within the past 12 months verifying the pet's general health and required vaccinations.
A recent photograph of each pet, if requested by management.
Exotic animals are not permitted.
Residents requesting a reasonable accommodation for an assistance animal are encouraged to contact the leasing office. Assistance animals will be evaluated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws and are not subject to the community's pet restrictions or fees.
To comply with our insurance requirements and community policy, certain dog breeds and mixes are not permitted. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull-type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, and Akita, including mixes of these breeds.
