Animal Limitations:  Up to two pets per home; no weight limit on dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $300, and $25 monthly pet rent will be charged. All residents with animals are required to have PRIOR APPROVAL.  A Pet Agreement must be on file and must submit a veterinarian statement (no more than 12 months old) establishing the general health of the animal and the status of all required shots.  A photograph of all animals may be required.  No exotic animals allowed. Assistance animals may be accepted upon request with proper verifiable information. Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive propensity shall not be permitted as pets.  Examples of these breeds (but not exclusive): Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, and Akitas, full blood or mixed at any percentage are PROHIBITED from residing at this community. 

Pet Screening and Fees: All pets must be registered and verified through the Landlord’s designated third-party pet screening service, PetScreening, prior to being brought onto or residing at the property. Tenant is responsible for completing the required screening and providing accurate information for each pet.

The current screening fee is $30 per pet, annually non-refundable, payable by the Tenant directly to the screening provider. In addition, an approved pet is subject to a one-time $300 pet fee and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet. Pet registration must be renewed annually for as long as the pet resides at the property. Failure to complete the required pet screening, pay applicable pet fees, or comply with the pet requirements may constitute a violation of the Lease
