Animal Limitations:  Up to three pets per home;  A refundable pet deposit of $200, a non refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and $35 monthly pet rent will be assessed. All residents with animals are required to have PRIOR APPROVAL. A photograph of all animals may be required.  No exotic animals allowed. Assistance animals may be accepted upon request with proper verifiable information.
